I am a Licenced Electrician with 40 yrs inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining and installing electrical systems and equipment. I am a certified home inspector with INTERnachi ( International Association of certified home inpectors ) and qualified to perform home inspections through the OAHI (Ontario Association of Home Inspectors ). I have E & O Insurance and I am reliable and honest and represent YOU the client and put your interests first.
My rates are $350.00 all inclusive for a house up to 3000 sq ft.
$300.00 all inclusive for a house less than 1200 sq ft.
$400.00 all inclusive for a house more than 3000 sq ft. Also included with all inspections is the "Home Reference Book" Reporting system, which is a comprehensive guide to home maintenance and ownership, ( a $69 value ).

While creating this web site I scanned and read other Home inspection web sites, which at first I was really impressed with all the features, services, qualifications, home owners information and reasons why you should pick that particular home inspector and I am sure some are very good. I find those websites are too overwhelming to the homebuyer. There are so many things to think about when looking for a new home, the last thing one needs is to be bombarded and overloaded with irrelevant information. My goal in creating this site is to stick to the pertinant information you require to make a decision on the inspector you hire. |
